Added Facebook and Twitter Thread Share feature

I've added Facebook and Twitter thread share feature.



When you create a thread, there is a drop down option named 'Share'.
Just click 'Share' button and you will see:

• Share on Facebook
• Tweet this

Click on it and log into your profile, and share it.

You can 'share' a thread on Facebook only when you 'create' it? Can you share a thread that has already been created?

Yes, you can share the thread created by others too. I think this thread still havent implement the feature yet, but others like 'Featured Article' has it.

Thumbnails on FB does not work all the time, i tried it yesterday and its not working.

Seems like its a known issue for alot of bloggers and they are discussing in this facebook thread below:

Hi all, i notice that the new forum layout doesn't have the "share" drop down menu button, but it has the Facebook "Like" button. If you are logged in to ur Facebook and when u click the "like" button, you will automatically share the link to the page that you are reading. It's fast and it's super easy. It's cool, isn't it? Love this new feature!

Yes, we have upgraded our forum to latest version. which has the "like" button.
I think this version is much more user friendly and refreshing.
